Howard Funding is a mortgage brokerage in Gilbert, Arizona, led by Chance Howard. We help buyers, refinancers and investors with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and non-QM loans, using a network of wholesale lenders.

How we work
We are an independent, locally owned brokerage. Chance runs it as Broker-Owner, and you work with him from your first call to closing.
Because we are a broker, we shop a network of wholesale lenders for you, so you see more than one lender's options. The lender you choose makes the final decision on your loan.

Why work with a broker
A broker arranges your loan. A lender makes it.
- A mortgage broker compares loans from a number of wholesale lenders for you, instead of offering one bank's loans.
- You have one point of contact from the first call to closing, while the lender works behind the scenes.
- The broker gathers your documents and sends your file to the lender whose rules fit it.
- The lender reviews your file, makes the final decision on the loan, and funds it.
- A broker is paid by the lender or by you, never both on the same loan. Your Loan Estimate lists the charges you pay.
