This policy says what Howard Funding collects through this website, why, who else touches it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. This site doesn't take loan applications.
Who we are
Howard Funding runs this website. Our office is at 4365 E Pecos Rd #108, Gilbert, AZ 85295. BrightDoor builds and hosts it for us.

What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we get what you type:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- What you write in the message box
- Whether you asked for news by email, and when
- Your answers to the questions in a quote form
Visits to this site
BrightDoor counts visits to each page: the page, the site that sent you, and the kind of device. It does this without cookies, and it doesn't build a profile of you or share visits with advertisers.
How we use it
Howard Funding uses what you send to answer you, to set up the help you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation.
We don't sell your information.
Calls and texts
Howard Funding calls or texts you only about your request, and only if you check the box on the form. The box starts unchecked, and you don't have to check it to get help.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or tell us and we'll stop.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, to remember whether you picked light or dark.
The tools below set their own cookies, but only after you say yes in the banner. Your answer is kept in your browser.
Your browser's Do Not Track setting doesn't change what this site does, because nothing here follows you to other sites unless you say yes.
Analytics and advertising
Howard Funding uses Google Analytics. They load only after you say yes, and the site works the same if you say no.
Google sees the pages each visitor opens, about where they are, and their device. You read it in Google Analytics.
Other companies we use
Your information passes through these companies, only to run this site:
- BrightDoor, which hosts this site and stores what you send through it for us.
- BrightDoor's email delivery service, when we write back to you by email.
- howardfunding.my1003app.com, where loan applications happen. Nothing you type there comes through this site.
Keeping it safe
Everything you send travels over an encrypted connection. Only the people at the business who answer requests can see it, signed in to BrightDoor.
We keep messages as long as we need them to help you and to keep our business records. Ask us to delete yours any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To ask, email chance@howardfunding.com or call (480) 297-8855. We'll answer within 30 days.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
